Tibet/ Lhasa and Directly, Manosarobar . Mt.Kailash one way Flight to
Lhasa from Kathmandu and continues drive to trip and drive back to
kathmandu 10 days

Day 1 Arrival in Lhasa, transfer to the downtown (3650m/60km).
You will be warmly welcomed by our Tibetan guide and the driver and accompany you to
the holy city of Lhasa along with the view of Bharmaputra, known as the Yarlung Tsangpo
in Tibetan and a giant stone carved Buddha with more than a thousand years of history.

Day 2 Lhasa sightseeing: Potala, Jokang temple, and Bharkor.
Sightseeing Potala Palace, the winter palace of the Dalai Lama, Jokang temple, the
oldest and most sacred temple of Tibet, Bharkor, the ancient market of Lhasa, and the
oldest and most sacred pilgrimage path in Lhasa.

Day 3 Lhasa sightseeing: Drepung & Sera monasteries.
Sightseeing Drepung Monastery, the largest monastery in Tibet and one of the six biggest
monasteries of the Gelukpa sect in Tibetan Buddhism. Sera monastery is the second
largest monastery in Tibet and it is very interesting to watch the monks debating in the
monastery.

Day 4 Drive Lhasa-Yamdrok lake-Gyantse-Shigatse. (3900mts/ 370Km)
Early morning, start your tour and then drive towards Gyangtse through 3 big mountain
passes, Kampa La, Karo La, and Simila respectively. Karola is the highest pass among
them, which is over 5000Mts with its most beautiful glaciers, beautiful Yamdrok lake
emerged as coral color from the top of Kampala pass. Visit Palchoe monastery and Kubum
Pagoda stupa and then continue your journey to Shigatse.

Day 5 Drive Shigatse -Saga-Drongpa County (4650m/485km).
Drive to Saga and Drongpa county via Ngamring la 4650Mts, beautiful Ngamring lake
before reaching Ngamring county and some beautiful villages on the way. You will drive
through a vast grassland with a big nomadic area where you will see lots of Yak, Sheep,
etc. Even though the road condition is good, and it will take you around 8 hours to get
there as there is a speed limit.

Day 06: Drive Drongpa-Mansarovar lake-Chiu Gompa (4590m/340km)
By the South Road, we join the high Tibetan plateau at more than 4000m in altitude,
between Himalaya and Brahmaputra (Tsangpo). Numbers of nomad camps, herds of
Kyangs (wild donkeys), gazelles and antelopes, and sometimes a mob of jackals howling with
the fall of the night or even a lone wolf. We follow the road towards Kailash in breathtaking
landscapes with some beautiful nomad camps and many animals on the grasslands.
Reaching Lake Mansarovar and Kailash, it is an amazing landscape the view from the point
called Chaktsalkang where we can first see Lake Mansarovar right in front of us and Mt Kailash
in the distance. It is extremely beautiful to see Lake Mansarovar and Mt Kailash in the
distance which could be called heaven. Enjoy a short walk along the lake Mansarovar, visit
Chiu Gompa and enjoy the most beautiful view of Mt. Kailash from the monastery. Our
guide and driver will prepare and book the porters or Yak for your Kailash trek.

Day 07: Drive Lake Manasarobar to Darchen (4720m/40Km)
Today early morning you can do sightseeing in Holy Lake Manasarobar, take pictures, take
holy bath and perform puja. Back to hotel and after lunch drive to Darchen the basecamp
of holy Mt. Kailash. Take rest in hotel.

Day 08: Drive to Dharchen to Drongpa-Saga Via Yamdwar 4590Mts/510KM.
Today you will do sightseeing around Yamdwar then drive to the Darchen for settlement. We’ll
eat there for lunch before heading back to Saga.

Day 9: Drive Drongpa-Saga – Kerung (3900Mts/ 310KM)
We will take a nice ride on paved Tibetan roads back to the settlement of Kerung, which is
at the border between Nepal and Tibet.  Stay overnight at Tibet site of Kerung, Today is
our day off, so we may relax and spend the night at a guesthouse in Kerung.

Day 10: Drive Kerung to Kathmandu. (2800Mts/ 170Km)
After completing the immigration procedures at the Nepal-Tibet border, it is also time to
say good bye to our Tibetan team. We will drive back to Nepal’s capital Kathmandu.
