Langtang Valley Trekking is a region in Nepal to the north of Kathmandu and bordering Tibet. It is protected as Langtang National Park and has a number of high peaks including Langtang Lirung (7246m).
About 4,500 people live inside the park, and many more depend on it for timber and firewood. The majority of the residents are Tamang People.
The Langtang Valley Treks wide variety of climatic zones, from subtropical to alpine. Approximately 25% of the park is forested. Trees include the deciduous Oak and Maple, and evergreens like Pine, and various types of Rhododendron. Animal life includes Himalayan black bear, the goat-like Himalayan tahr, Rhesus monkeys and Red Pandas. There are also stories of Yeti sightings.

Day 02 : Drive to Syabru besi by local public bus 7/8 hrs o/n at lodge
Day 03: Trek to Lama hotel ( 2380m) 5/6 hrs walk o/n at lodge
Day 04 : Trek to Lang tang village (3500m) (7 hours).
Day 05 : Trek to Kanjing Gompa (3800m) (3:30 hours).
Day 06: Trek back to Lama hotel 5/6 hrs walk
Day 07: Trek back to Syabru Besi 4/5 hrs walk o/n at lodge
Day 08: Drive back to Kathmandu o/n at hotel
Day 09: sight-seeing in kathmandu o/n at hotel
Days 10: Departure to International Airport to be back home
