The Everest area, known locally as Sagarmatha National Park, is home to some of the
world’s highest peaks as well as the famous Sherpas, migrants from eastern Tibet who
crossed over the Himalaya and settled here sometime in the late 1400s or early 1500s.
This trek is one that goes deep into the heart of the Himalaya. The mountain views are
stunning, and the simplicity and hospitality of the Sherpa community is heart, warming.
You will get to take in the a we-inspiring views of Mt. Everest, the tallest of them all, Mt
Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Lobouche Peak, Mt Amadablam, Kasum Kangru peak, Thamserku
peak and Kwangde peak. You will also be visiting Sherpa villages and monasteries to
gain insight into their culture and lifestyle from up close.
This classical trek into the Solu-Khumbu region begins with a spectacular mountain
flight to Lukla & continually trekking along the Dudh Kosi (“Milk River”). After crossing
the Namche? Sherpa headquater/Capital? we will continue on to Tengboche. With its
beautiful Buddhist monastery, this small village is considered the spiritual center of the
Khumbu area. We will gradually make our ascent to Dengboche, Lobuche and finally
along the glacial moraine to Gorak Shep at the base of Kala Pattar. Now You will have
the option of an sunset or sunrise trek to the summit of Kala Pattar for a panoramic view
of some of the world’s highest mountains including Everest. We’ll make the 3-hour trek
on to Everest Base Camp where, depending on season will see mountaineering
expeditions preparing for their ascent to the highest peak in the world, beginning with
the spectacular Khumbu Icefall. Enjoy the holidays in the Khumbu.

Summary: Fly in by plane to Lukla and walk to the Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar,
the monastery at Tengpoche and on to Everest Base Camp. It is important to allow
enough time on this trek for acclimatization.
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu International Airport and pick up, transfer to hotel o/n at
hotel and welcome dinner and introduce with the guide and if possible with all staffs.
Day 2: Having Breakfast at hotel and Check out the hotel Drive to Ramechha ( Mathali
) overnight at simple hotel ( around 4 hours’ drive ) Note: this time no direct fly to Lukla
from Kathmandu because it is air traffic problems
Day 3: Fly to Lukla(2840m) fly time 25minutes Treks to Manjo( 2835M)
we will make an early morning the getaway to the Khumbu region this is an exciting
flight, which should give a glimpse of Everest in the distance, in lukla we will meet the
rest of our trek staff and trek start to continues Manjo Via Phakding both Village are
situated on the banks of Dudh Kosi, today we will walk more or less 5 hours and
overnight at lodge.
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazar o/n at lodge, 6/7 hrs walk (3440m)
Having breakfast at lodge and we start to treks continues up the banks of the Dudh
Kosi, toward Namche Bazzar, just past Manjo, we will officially entrance of Sagarmatha
National parks, the trail then cross the confluence of the Dudh Kosi and Bhote Kosi on a
high suspension bridge call Hillary Bridge too, and trail climbs steeply up to Namche
Bazzar, this is a prosperous trading town and the capital of the Khumbu region and just
across the Valley then we see peaks like Thamserku, and kangtega.
Day 5: Having breakfast at lodge, Rest day, hiking for acclimatization and o/n at lodge,in
Namche Bazar.
Hiking like: Syangboche (3720M) and Khumjung (3780M) , from there you will have
stunning views of Mt Everest, Amadablam, Thamserku, Nuptse and Lhotse and
continues visit khumjung is a hidden valley , visit monastery , visit Hillary school, if we
have time also try to visit khunde which is are more interested place of Sherpa religious
like culture and continues back to Namche Bazzar, and acclimatize at this height and
will make all the differences as we go to high and extreme altitude.
Day 6: Trek to Tengboche o/n at lodge, 5 hrs walk (3860m) ,
Having breakfast at lodge and continues treks to Tengboche , the well-worn Everest
trails continues around the side of the valley high above the Dudh Kosi as we follow the
path we will get excellent views of the great peaks of the khumbu , Everest , Lhotse,
Nuptse and Amadablam, from Sanasa trail descend till Dudh Kosi River and trail climbs
steeply up to Tengboche this is the home of the impressive and famous Tengboche
monastery , you can visit the monastery.
Day 7: Trek to Dingboche o/n at lodge 6/7 hrs walk (4410m)
Having breakfast at lodge and continues treks to Dingboche , shaded by
Rhododendron trees the trails crosses an airy suspension bridge just beyond Deboche
and continues next village panbouche from there are excellent views of Ama Dablam (
mother’s Charm Box ) which was the first in the Everest region contouring up the valley, we will re –cross the river and turn up the Imja Valley, to reach the picturesque farming village of Dingbouche.
Day 8: Acclimatization hiking till Chhukung valley (4730m) and Chukung –Ri ( 5550M)
and back to Dibouche o/n at lodge 7/8 hrs walk.
Having breakfast at lodge and continues next acclimatization hiking, chhukung and
Chhukung- Ri, in this days critical elevation just above the town while on our
acclimatization trail climbs hardly to Chhukung –Ri , which is you see one of the great
mountain panoramic views like Makalu , Cho oyu, Barunchhe, Lhotse, Mt Everest ,
many more mountain views and continues Back to Dingbouche.
Day 9: Trek to Lobuche o/n at lodge,4/5 hrs walk(4910m)
Having breakfast at lodge and treks to Lobuche, continue along the upper trail towards
Thukla (4620M) Ahead of us is the Lobuche East peak, left is the formidable north face
Taweche peak, and continues slowly walking uphill, Everest memorial, from the
memorial, there are outstanding views of Ama Dablam, Cholatse, and Taweche, after
leaving the memorial the trial continues gradually to Lobuche , start to see the famous
khumbu Glacier that runs of Mount Everest.
Day 10: Trek start to Gorak shep (5140m) Everest Base Camp (5364M) back to Gorak
shep o/n at lodge,(5140m) in total hours 10/11 hrs walk,
Get ready early morning having light breakfast or hot tea , and treks to Gorak Shep,
which is takes approximately 3 hours , live the most of the bagged , having light lunch
and continues to Everest Base Camp, today is a very challenging day on the trail , as
we cross glacier, moraine on mixed rocky terrain with a lot of up and down hill to cover
Gorak Shep, was the site of the 1953 Everest Expedition’s Base Camp, from Gorak
Shep we will traverse more glacial moraine , with landslide potential for another two
hours before reaching the Everest Base Camp, Everest Base Camp sits on the Khumbu
Glacier and weather depending ,we will have a time to explore this ones and a lifetime
chance to be at the Base oc the world’s Highest mountain , after that we will continues
return back to Gorah Shep.
Day 11: Get ready early morning and go to Kala pathar (5550M)
Today is another big day , but remember forever normally the plan is to start to hiking
around 4 am or 5 am, because you want to arrive at the top of Kala Patthar just before
sunrise , the trails from Gorak-shep leads steeply uphill all the way to the top of kala
patthar ,it’s take 2 hours , to see the Sunrise and famous panoramic views of the
mountain in front of the Pumori , Mt Everest after enjoying views and back to hotel
having breakfast and trek back to pheruchhe via Lobuche o/n at lodge in totally hours 9
hours walk (4410m).
Day 12: Trek to phortse o/n at lodge 5/6 hrs walk (3810m)
Having breakfast and continues come back down to pangbouche , from right side of
pangbouche through the hill side, views of Tengboche and Duhd Kosi rives views to
Phorest.
Day 13: Trek to Namche Bazar o/n at lodge 5/6 hrs (3440m)
Having breakfast at hotel , treks continues to Namche Bazzar , trails continues downhill
and uphill and enjoying mountain panoramic views included Ama Dablam and Mt
Everest , Thamserku.
Day 14: Trek to Lukla o/n at lodge 6/7 hrs walk (2840m) having Breakfast at hotel and
continues treks to Lukla , trails downhill, bit trails uphill or most of the you can remember
trails to lukla too.
Day 15: Fly back to Ramechhap and continues drive to Kathmandu by local Transport
around 4 hours, o/n at hotel and free day. Having breakfast at hotel and depending on
our Flight schedule we are in lukla Airport one hour before to get Flight.
Day 16: Sight-seeing and o/n at hotel.
Having breakfast at hotel, and we do some sightseeing in heritage or monument place
in Kathmandu and Farewell dinner, and overnight at hotel
Day 17: Departure:
Having breakfast at hotel and 3 hours before Departure to International Airport to back
home fixed the next trip in Nepal.

If clients choose the Everest area trekking for that treks both ways we use the flight but
some time weather is really bad more than weeks and no any fly because of bad
weather in this situation or period we should have change the program and go different
area Trekking and if we get that problems when we fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla
than we have very less chance to get Helicopter to fly back in kathmandu if we get
Helicopter price will be extra
